I am fanatical about maintaining my own health. I have an active lifestyle that demands proper nutrition, physical body maintenance, and recovery techniques. The techniques I use on myself are the same ones I use on my patients to help them optimize their health.
I believe that many pain conditions do not need pills, or medications. I have successfully treated cases using drug-free acupuncture, massage therapy, and herbology. If needed, I also incorporate stretching techniques as well as movement patterns to help prevent future injury and joint degradation.
